About Court of Honor

A Court of Honor is where the troop formally recognizes every scout's progress. Scouts plan and run the ceremony themselves, from the opening flag ceremony to presenting ranks and badges, and families are invited to celebrate.

Rank advancements, merit badges and special awards presented.
Scouts serve as emcees and color guard.
Our September 1, 2026 Court of Honor drew 38 people to the IWLA clubhouse.
New families are welcome; it is a great look at the troop.
